£25,000 + Uncapped Earning Potential
Our client is a leading provider of Managed Print Solutions, and they are now looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team in Leeds on a permanent basis. Established for over 10 years, the company has enjoyed great success, and they now have an opportunity to join their expanding team.
The preferred candidate will possess good communication and research skills and have experience in telesales from a managed print background. In return, our client is offering £25,000 plus uncapped OTE .
Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
- Achieve and surpass a range of specified sales targets.
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Maintain and develop existing customers and accounts.
- Develop Internet inquiries and achieve considerable success from these activities.
- Develop telesales techniques, including lead generation.
- Research market intelligence to maintain and develop the competitive edge.
- Administration of customer system inquiries.
- Maintaining records of all activity, customer details, purchase and contact information.
Skills and Experience of the Telesales Executive:
- Experience in a preferably Managed Print background.
- Minimum of 2 years proven Telemarketing experience, ideally within a role selling technology products / services (Print would be desirable).
- Previous telesales experience and a track record of success.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and drive.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Confident and professional when dealing with customers.
- Good computer skills.
- Able to build rapport quickly.
- Accurate record keeping.
