Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: London (Full-time, On-site, Office-based 5 days per week)
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 base + uncapped OTE (£10,000 + achievable)
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives, as well as getting the chance to shadow senior sales executives & learn first hand from the best! This is genuinely a position where your progression and development is at the forefront of the company’s focus!!
Working at one of central London's premier Managed Print, IT, and Technology companies, you’ll promote and sell their full range of office solutions, including:
- Office Printers, MFDs, MPS (Managed Print Services), Print Security Solutions, and Digital Printing Presses
- Franking Machines, Audiovisual Equipment, and IT Networking Solutions
This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance within the company, with a clear progression path toward field sales roles for high performers.
Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for effective lead handover and pipeline management.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Desirability’s of the Telesales Executive:
- Prior experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar client-focused role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to develop a career in technology sales.
- Possess the drive and determination to succeed in sales
- Daily commutable distance to the office
As a Telesales Executive, you will receive:
- Competitive base salary of up to £30,000
- An uncapped commission structure equating to an additional £10,000 PA
