    Solutions Partner Manager - National

    🚀 Partner Manager – Software Solutions

    📍 Location: Anywhere in England (field-based)

    💷 Upto £50k base + car allowance + commission + benefits

     

    Are you a commercially driven solutions sales professional who thrives on building strong partner relationships and driving growth through indirect channels?

    We’re looking for a Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of a market-leading software portfolio across our partner network. This is a high-impact role where you’ll empower partners, unlock new revenue opportunities, and play a pivotal role in expanding our software and professional services footprint.

     

    🔑 What you’ll be doing

    • Drive software revenue growth through indirect channel partners
    • Build, manage, and execute strategic partner account plans
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline (minimum 1.5x target)
    • Provide expert pre-sales support including discovery, solution design, and demonstrations
    • Enable partners through training, accreditation, and ongoing commercial support
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and professional services teams
    • Spend significant time face-to-face with partners to drive adoption and success

     

    You’ll represent a broad portfolio of document management, workflow automation, print management, and business process automation solutions, helping partners deliver real value to their customers.

     

    ✅ What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience selling document management & workflow automation solutions
    • Strong knowledge of print management, cloud, capture, and document solutions
    • Track record of success working with channel partners
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and tailor solutions to partner markets
    • Commercially astute with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
    • Resilient, self-motivated, and values-driven
    • Full UK driving licence
