In this exciting role, the Solutions Consultant will be working closely with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions focused on their document management and print management software needs.
Your expertise as a Solutions Consultant will be crucial in supporting customer engagement throughout the sales cycle, from technical demonstrations to post-sales support & ongoing account management.
- The Solution Specialist will be based in one of the Nordic Countries responsible for providing consulting services, customer support, training and Partner development across the Region.
- Daily tasks will include analyzing client and customer needs, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering top-notch support, training & service.
The Solutions Consultant will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in software demonstrations and professional services.
- Familiarity with document management, capture, managed print, document automation &/or ECM software marketplace.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- A commercially minded, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
