A long serving supplier of Document Management Services in the European market are actively seeking a new BDM to join their team, specifically to sell their Document Solutions / ECM Digital SaaS solutions across the Irish region. A leader in the Records and Document Management sector, they have a very good brand name and support team around them to aide this BDM position.
As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand the client base.
About the Role

About the ideal Business Development Manager:
- 2+ years new business SaaS sales experience
- Highly advantageous should you have experience in selling document management, capture/ ECM, Document Solutions SaaS, or business process automation sales.
- Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer requirements.
