    Software BDM - Dublin - Southern Ireland

    This position is suited to someone who wants to progress their career in SaaS sales!

    📍 Dublin, Ireland - frequent travel to site and customers will be required

    💼 Full-time

    💰 Up to €50,000 basic + €5,000 car allowance + Uncapped Comms + Training, Group Benefits

     

     

    About the Company

    A long serving supplier of Document Management Services in the European market are actively seeking a new BDM to join their team, specifically to sell their Document Solutions / ECM Digital SaaS solutions across the Irish region. A leader in the Records and Document Management sector, they have a very good brand name and support team around them to aide this BDM position.

     

    As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand the client base.

     

    About the Role

    This is a high-impact role suited for a results-driven sales professional with experience in software sales. You will be responsible for securing new business, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting market-leading document management solutions.

     

    Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities in key target industries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Present and demonstrate their document management platform, highlighting its value and ROI.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to refine sales strategies.

     

    About the ideal Business Development Manager:

    • 2+ years new business SaaS sales experience
    • Highly advantageous should you have experience in selling document management, capture/ ECM, Document Solutions SaaS, or business process automation sales.
    • Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
    • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer requirements.
