German ECM Sales Director

As the German ECM Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market penetration in Germany. Leveraging your extensive sales experience and deep understanding of ECM solutions, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, build and nurture client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the German region.
• Identify key growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and providing tailored ECM solutions.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive product enhancements, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ECM sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and expand market presence in the German region.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of understanding complex business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
