A fast paced, growth minded business services company seeks an experienced Sales Administrator / Sales Co-Ordinator to join their expanding team based in North London.
This is a Hybrid role, WFH 2 x Per week 3 x office (Enfield)
🚀 Working part of the sales support team your key admin responsibilities will include:
- Proactive contacting of existing customers, to uncover and deliver additional revenues.
- Grow existing client relationships through upsell and cross sell of the businesses full range of
- services.
- Where opportunity exists, if it is unable to be closed over the phone, arrange client facing
- meetings for the wider team.
- Work on B2B Marketing Campaigns to generate sales activities and opportunities.
- Attend client events with the sales team as and when required.
- Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal
- stakeholders.
- Support for internal and external events.
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the Dynamics CRM system
✅ It is essential that the Administrator will be able to demonstrate the below skills or knowledge:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
