The Role

They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead their Managed Print Services (MPS) sales team across the Midlands and South. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the managed print services or related industries, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the managed print services market.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications for this Regional Sales Director position:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the managed print services or related industry.
