Post Sales Technical Consultant Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Post-Sales Technical Consultant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions for valued clients. As a Post-Sales Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities of the Post Sales Technical Consultant:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients after the sales process.
- Lead the technical implementation of our solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with clients' existing systems.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of clients' requirements and develop customised implementation plans.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing technical challenges and ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients' technical teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and value of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your technical expertise and sharing knowledge with internal teams.
The Post Sales Technical Consultant with have the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Document Solutions / ECM sector.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, including but not limited to: Tungsten Automation, M-Files, DocuWare, Hyland etc.
- Must be available & flexible to travel the UK & to Europe
- Have SC clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site support.
