Role Overview
They are now seeking 2 dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers (BDM) to join their growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities, focusing on their Managed IT Services and End User Support. Utilising an existing base of customers across the UK this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to penetrate an account base whilst still having the flare for new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities from their customer accounts as well as new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Establish strong relationships with existing and new potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align efforts and deliver compelling solutions to clients.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in business development within the Managed IT Services arena & End User Support Services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Managed IT services is a must.
Package
- Competitive salary ranging up from £45,000-65,000.
