Role Overview:
The Head of Business Transformation & Integrations will spearhead the development and execution of company-wide transformation strategies, ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives across all departments. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiencies, process optimization, and seamless integration following acquisitions or internal business changes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, technology integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the business transformation and integration strategy, aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
Transformation Management: Manage end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
Integration: Oversee and manage integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, or internal restructuring, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-suite, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business objectives.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring transformation and integration projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support smooth transitions, ensuring employees are engaged and processes are fully adopted.
Performance Optimization: Identify areas of inefficiency across the organization and recommend initiatives to improve performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Technology Integration: Drive the integration of new technologies and platforms, ensuring they are seamlessly embedded within the organization’s processes.
Continuous Improvement: Create a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and fostering an innovative mindset across the business.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, integrations, or related roles within a corporate environment.
- Ideally, experience in the Managed Print and/OR Document Solutions sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, system/process optimization, and organizational change.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with C-suite executives.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results.
- Experience in the use of business process management (BPM) tools and technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
