Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to report to the Enterprise Sales Director. They are ideally looking for someone who is experienced within the Managed Print Solutions industry & perhaps has several years commercial / corporate sales experience & wants to make that next leap in their career…
Main Duties of the Enterprise Account Manager will include (but not limited to):
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact through to close and deal delivery
- Responsibility for both business growth via our Frameworks and existing customers
- Ownership and account management of existing customers to facilitate retention, cross and up selling.
- Prospecting and closing of new customers to allow for additional growth
- Working in accordance with departmental KPIs
- Proactive sale of all products, services and solutions
- Proactively engage with Account Directors, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to identify and manage customers' needs
- Developing a knowledge of Workplace Solutions
- Identify decision makers within target customers
- Maintain & expand the company's prospect database
- Ability to conduct on-line demonstrations, webinars, etc
- Assist in creating RFP responses and Tenders
Required Skills and Experience of the Enterprise Account Manager:
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to agreed deadlines
- Previous sales experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of sales within either Large Corporate or Public Sector would be advantageous
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to exceed sales targets through structured approach and pipeline management
- Proven ability to quickly learn new skills and concepts
- Good understanding of the IT landscape
What will be on offer for the Enterprise Account Manager:
- A basic salary of £30,000
- Company Car / Car Allowance £6,000 + fuel card
- An uncapped commission structure estimated £80-£120k OTE
