Due to growth, they are looking to attract an experienced new business sales professional to be tasked with the following:
- Hunting New Business New Logo sales opportunities into net new accounts
- Generating new business leads via extensive networking and relationship development
- Cross selling/upselling our cyber security portfolio to our existing client base
- Management of own time for calls, networking, travel and preparation of proposals
- Delivering tailored pitches and presentations to clients
- Working closely with the client to identify requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Contract negotiation
- Able to consistently meet/exceed sales quota.
- Management of pipeline and forecast using our salesforce CRM system
- Hybrid working travelling to customer locations and HQ in Reading and London
- Keep up to date with the latest Cyber Security trends and competitor activity
As a Cyber Security BDM you will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
- A passion for new business development and extensive experience gained selling Cyber Security solutions to Mid-Tier and Enterprise level clients
- A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding new business sales targets
- A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
- Sold security technology projects from vendors like Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Security, Mimecast.
- Sold Security Assessment and strategic planning
