Offering the opportunity for someone with a background in either customer or partner journey management to scope out a new success journey process for this established data software company.
Having been established some 10+ years ago, their business has gone from strength to strength in the last 5 years & they are now seeking to add an additional layer to their business.
With the ongoing support of the business owner, senior management team and longstanding members of staff, this should offer the successful candidate the scope to succeed relatively early in their career with the business allowing for upwards progression.

As Customer Success / Partner Success Executive you will be responsible for (but not limited to):-
- Retention of customers (end user & through partner companies)
- Supporting the resellers/partners and co-ordinating renewals
- Account management of the partners and end users
- Resolve and manage customer queries, providing support where possible
- Escalating technical issues to the dedicated UK based tech team
- Work closely with sales and marketing daily to improve and enhance the customer experience & spot opportunities for growth
- Assisting in training and development via online & in person when required
To be considered for this Customer Success/ Partner Success role, we are looking for the following skills:-
- Experience in customer success and or partner success
- Understanding of the Managed Print or Document Management sector
- Previous experience of working in an agile environment
- Knowledge of SaaS / cloud environments
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating concepts to customer needs would be beneficial
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with experience in creating thorough customer facing documentation
- Strong accountability and personal organizational skills are imperative
The package is negotiable dependent upon experience, however they are looking in the salary regions of £30,000-60,000 basic + 25 days holiday + bonuses.
