A reputable, growth minded IT Services company is looking to hire a new Business Development Manager for their Managed Print and Document Solutions public sector division. Due to rapid growth within the business, they have a growth position for a BDM in the Midlands to join their team.
As an Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will ideally have...
- In-depth knowledge (or a desire to develop existing knowledge) across Managed Print, Document Management, Telecoms or IT Sales
- Sold into the public sector arena.
- Demonstrable track record of ‘clean’ sales and of managing the end-to-end sales process
- Ability to accurately identify and engage with multiple key stakeholders
- Resilient and tenacious with the ability to calculate and manage risks where appropriate
- Commercially aware/business acumen - keeps abreast of the market
- Able to think about complex issues from a different perspective/bring fresh insight
Inheriting an account base of Managed Print customers your role as Business Development Manager (BDM) will be to retain and grow the existing base alongside driving revenue forward by introducing new customers across the portfolio of IT/Print services they offer.
The Managed Print BDM should expect to receive:-
- Up to circa £40,000 base salary
- Company car or Car allowance
- Uncapped commission OTE £double
- No thresholds – paying up to 40% on GP
- Various incentive based opportunities for further rewards
- 23 days holiday
