    Business Development Manager - National

    Business Development Manager – Managed Print Solutions

    Location: UK-wide role (predominantly South-based focus)
    Function: Commercial Sales
    Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

    The Opportunity

    An established and highly respected provider of workplace technology solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the end-user market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys uncovering new business opportunities and delivering measurable revenue growth across multiple sectors.     The Role

    You will be responsible for expanding market presence across public and private sector customers, including SMB and enterprise environments. Working nationally, you’ll lead conversations with senior decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and develop profitable opportunities across a portfolio of mobile and workplace solutions.

    This is a customer-facing role that involves regular UK travel and in-person engagement, requiring a confident, autonomous approach to territory management and pipeline development.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Deliver agreed revenue and volume targets through strategic new business acquisition

    • Identify, qualify, and convert end-user opportunities within targeted market segments

    • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reporting with a high degree of accuracy

    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders

    • Provide insight into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

    • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle

    About You

    • Previous experience of the Managed Print Solutions industry is hugely advantageous

    • An awareness of the partner / channel network would be highly commended

    • Be extremely new business focused

    • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex sales opportunities

    • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

    • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

    • Willingness to travel nationally as required
