🚀 Business Development Manager – £50-60k + Uncapped Commission (£100k+ OTE)
Location: Hampshire | Hybrid (Min. 2-3 days in office)
Are you a driven SaaS sales professional ready to take full ownership of a high-potential role? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in selling our clients innovative software solution globally.
💡 This is not your average sales job. You’ll be stepping into a sole BDM role, with full autonomy to shape strategy, generate leads, and close deals. You'll target a rich base of 7,000+ customers worldwide and work with both direct clients and strategic partners.
🔍 What The BDM / Business Development Manager Will Do:
- Run the full 360° sales cycle – from lead gen to contract signature.
- Drive ~£600k ARR annually across direct and partner sales channels.
- Manage and grow our partner ecosystem with channel co-selling.
- Pitch to finance leaders (FDs/CFOs/CTOs) with persuasive demos & proposals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with your pipeline.
- Be the go-to voice for X3CloudDocs sales strategy within the team.
💸 What The BDM / Business Development Manager Will Earn:
- £50–60k base salary (DOE)
- ~10% uncapped commission on ARR – realistic £100–120k OTE

✅ What We’re Looking For In The Successful BDM / Business Development Manager:
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience – ideally in cloud-based finance/document management.
- End-to-end deal ownership with strong solution-selling skills.
- Experience or familiarity with Sage X3? Even better.
- Candidates with a Yooz or Compleat background? We definitely want to hear from you.
- A sharp communicator who thrives on relationship-building and autonomy.
- Willingness to be in the office at least 2 (ideally 3) days a week – non-negotiable.
