Business Development Manager – UK (Remote / National Travel)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE
Location: National (UK) Southern Based
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK and Ireland in the digital information management sector. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute individual with a passion for developing strategic client relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
What The Business Development Manager Will Do:

Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

Own the full sales cycle – from initial contact to closing the deal.

Create engaging proposals, conduct impactful presentations, and build strong client pipelines.

Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Attend industry events and play an active role in professional bodies to build brand presence and generate leads.

Collaborate closely with marketing and account teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
What We’re Looking For In The Business Development Manager:

Proven track record in a new business development or sales role, ideally in digital or information management solutions.
