ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Government, the successful candidate will be an experienced senior account management professional capable of shaping strategy, executing renewal plans, and upselling our portfolio into the NHS and Private Healthcare organisations, all while addressing sector challenges and driving our significant growth ambitions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to take on responsibility for driving growth by demonstrating industry, systems, and trend knowledge. You will be responsible for planning and executing enterprise sales strategy and driving business growth within an existing account base.
Key responsibilities include promoting integrated cross-selling of our growing service capabilities, such as Records and Information Management (RIM), Scanning & Digital Solutions, Information Governance, and IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM).
What You Will Bring
To be considered, you will have significant direct solution sales experience in business process outsourcing, digital transformation, data services, archiving, or a similar offering. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background and proven experience in enterprise-level consultative selling, sales processes, and outcome-focused strategies.
- Proven experience managing and selling into Central Government.
- Have an in depth knowledge of the sales process within the Government / Public Sector
- The ability to develop solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate.
- The ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact on the company.
- The ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the company and with customers (including C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
